Why we started reidworks
We're two brothers, based between Cambridge and London, with backgrounds in real-time data, fintech, and manufacturing. We started reidworks because the ground was shifting under our feet. AI has opened a huge new frontier: businesses can do more, build better products, automate the grunt work, and create customer experiences people actually enjoy. So we left our corporate IT jobs to get hands-on and build in it.
Our thesis is simple. AI can close the gap between the people who build software and the people who use it. We've lived it: putting tools directly in users' hands took feedback cycles from months down to hours, and it's a delight to watch. We'd love to help your business get there too.
How we work
We do our best work with 30-to-500-person companies that are already moving from curiosity to action on AI. People across the business are using personal AI tools, or the company has begun exploring how AI could improve a core process. Often there is already a promising prototype or pilot that is not yet reliable enough to deploy.
These businesses tend to run on operational data and hard-won expert judgement. Important decisions depend on a small number of experienced people, useful information arrives too late, or growth requires finding more specialists who are difficult to hire. We turn that knowledge and data into agents the business can trust with real work.
We are not usually the right first call for an organisation that has not started experimenting and still needs a general introduction to AI. We are most useful when there is a real workflow, real data and a serious intention to put something into production.

We work in your repos and environments with standard contributor access, on the data and tools you already run. Your data stays yours: retrieved at query time, never trained into a model.
Move fast, then make it safe
A working agent goes in front of real users in week one. The evals, observability, and access controls come in before anything important depends on it.
Built to be left
We make ourselves leaveable. Ownership transfers to your team as we build, so you can run and extend the agent without us.
Model- and framework-agnostic
We work with Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini, build on Vercel, AWS, and GCP with tools like LangChain and n8n, and scale from no-code setups to full custom engineering. We pick the stack that fits the problem.

Senior DevOps Engineer
We're looking for a senior DevOps professional to help us design, build and maintain production infrastructure across client engagements. You'll work across CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and monitoring — with a strong emphasis on security, reliability and clean environments.
- Architect and manage cloud infrastructure across client projects
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and security checks
- Set up and manage structured dev, staging and production environments
- Implement monitoring, logging and alerting
- Collaborate closely with application engineers on deployment and scaling
- Support security posture across builds — penetration testing, threat modelling and secure development practices
