Find out what the work really is, and how well it is being done today.
We map the workflow, the decisions inside it and what a successful result looks like. For an existing agent, we turn real cases into a benchmark that shows where and why it fails before we change anything.
Build & Improve
A working system in front of real users fast, whether it is new or already yours.
We build the first working system or improve the one you already have. For a new build, a working agent goes in front of real users inside the first week. We work across the full stack, including data, extraction, retrieval, tools, business rules, prompts and workflow design.
Test & Harden
Prove it against the cases it will actually have to handle.
We test performance against representative cases, including difficult exceptions. We design guardrails, checks and human review around what the agent can and cannot do reliably.
